She is a versatile player who has participated in many master classes throughout Europe and studied with teachers who broadened her knowledge and passion for flute. Kemble holds the principal flute position with the La Porte and Elkhart Symphonies and has also performed with multiple orchestras in the Michiana region. Kemble is a devoted educator and holds several university positions as adjunct faculty of flute, including at Andrews University.</p> <p> In conjunction with this concert, the Berrien Springs Garden Club will be offering a light tea reception following this FREE recital.&nbsp; Bring a friend, enjoy nice music, and stay for a chat and a home-made cookie with herbal tea.&nbsp; The HPAC is a handicap-friendly space.</p> Sun, Jan 25, 2026 04:00 pm -0500 Spring Week of Prayer, 1/26-30 https://www.andrews.edu/agenda/67974 <p> <strong>Week of Prayer </strong>will take place from <strong>Jan. 26&ndash;30</strong> with the theme <strong>&ldquo;Unburdened.&rdquo;</strong> In Christ, it is our privilege to live with a clear conscience, free from the burden of guilt and from the burden of bitterness.</p> <p> The speaker for the week will be <strong>Kessia Reyne Bennett,</strong> lead pastor of Pleasant Valley Church in Oregon. Previously, she has served as a pastor at College View Church and Paw Paw Adventist Church as well as a chaplain at Southern Adventist University. While a student at Andrews, she served as a dorm chaplain, improv team leader and MDiv student. Outside of ministry, she enjoys poetry, exploring trails and discovering new music.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> <strong>Morning Chapel Services</strong><br /> <em>Pioneer Memorial Church (PMC) Sanctuary</em><br /> 11:30 a.m.&ndash;12:20 p.m.</p> <p> Chapel credit will be given for each morning presentation.
