Sunday Projects

We have been asked to help out with the children's program there.

Our role is to provide a short, 1/2 hr Bible program for the children while their parents are in the regular church service. We have been told that the ages can range anywhere from 4-10 and sometimes even 12 or 13 year olds. They have also told us that on a regular basis they have around 10 children in the program.

This is nothing too elaborate so you don't have to be scared if you don't have experience with kids. We are going to be putting on a Sabbath School type of program for them that I have attached to this email so that you can look it over.  If you'd like or if you have any ideas or suggestions please let us know asap! On your part, this program will require your participation, interaction and leadership with the kids.

Please come and join us and get some community service hours.

We will be meeting at 9:00am on Sunday morning in the Campus Center (outside of the Student Life offices). We know that this is a bit early, but it won't be this early every Sunday... we promise!

Because we are leaving so early, we will also be returning to campus early, around 11:30 am or so.Please dress appropriately for a church service, nothing too fancy, but casual type vespers attire should be good. (but keep in mind girls that you will be interacting with children!).
