Position summary
The Andrews University Web Team is looking for a detail-oriented student to help keep the university website accurate, clear, and up to date. This role focuses on working inside the university’s content management system (CMS) to update pages, post content, fix small issues, and support departments across campus.
This is a great role for a student who enjoys organizing information, working with websites, and learning how a large university website is managed behind the scenes.

Duties and responsibilities
- Make routine updates to Andrews University website pages using the CMS
- Post and format content (text, images, links, documents)
- Help fix broken links, outdated information, and layout issues
- Follow university brand, accessibility, and content guidelines
- Communicate with web team staff to complete assigned tasks
- Occasionally assist with special projects or site clean-ups

- Comfortable working with computers and learning new tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of how websites work (pages, links, navigation)
- Ability to follow instructions and style guidelines

- Experience using any CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
